I have always believed that knowledge is power. What do you think? Don’t you think it should be shared with others who are seeking to empower themselves? This belief led me to create a website titled “Salmish.” This is a platform to share my knowledge and experiences with others. Through this website, I aim to provide a fun and enjoyable way for people to learn and discover new things.
How it all started-about me
I am a Digital Marketing Consultant. I am an experienced educator who has a background in various fields of academic and technical subjects. As a teacher, I have been in the education field for 20 years. I started my teaching career in 2004 and started as a language teacher. I have taught ESL, English literature, and language. Not only that, but I worked in the Cambridge curriculum, IB PYP curriculum, and IB diploma program as well. Experienced as being Language A and language B teacher, now I am working as a CAS coordinator in an IB world school. Besides this, out of curiosity, I have practiced and learned about a few technical know-how to be a digital citizen. A few examples of what I am practicing nowadays are; Search Engine Optimization (On-page, Off-page, and Technical), Website audit, Local Citations, Google Ads, copywriting, webpage design, webpage content, Ghostwriting, copywriting, blogging, research work, personal statements, Proofread, and editing tasks. I know this is technical jargon, but don’t worry; I will walk you through them on my ‘salmish’ website. With my skills and experience, I can help others with their needs and guide them in their journey of learning and discovery.
I am not only an experienced educator but I am also known for my high integrity and cheerful character. Integrity and a positive attitude are essential in any field, and I always strive to maintain these values in all my interactions with others. I am always here, ready to help, guide, and support others, and I am dedicated to providing the best possible service to my clients.
Besides my passion for education, I also have experience developing websites and optimizing them for SEO. I have worked with various CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, Wix, Squarespace, Google My Business, and Google Search Console-related services. With my knowledge and experience, I can help businesses and individuals to create a visually appealing and user-friendly websites optimized for search engines.
